"Customer", "You" refers to any individual or entity submitting an order or inquiry to American Books Agency.
"Company", "We" refers to American Books Agency.
"Services" refers to all book writing, editing, formatting, cover design, publishing, printing, and marketing services provided by American Books Agency.
2. Author Rights & Royalty Ownership
All products and manuscript files created or edited by American Books Agency on behalf of the customer are 100% owned by the customer upon full payment. The customer retains all copyright, trademark, and financial royalties from book sales.
3. Revisions & Satisfaction Guarantee
We provide unlimited revisions within the agreed project scope to ensure your complete satisfaction. Revisions outside the original scope or manuscript length may be subject to additional service fees.
